This package will include a combination of your favorite steaks for grilling and our 'single animal grind' hamburger!  You will find a combination of rib steaks, porterhouse, T-bones and top sirloins. You may receive a flatiron steak, NY strip or a couple of beef tenderloins sliced as filet mignon.  As with all of our packages there will be 4 or 5 pounds of our hamburger in one-pound packages.
